I see so many blogs out there about "healthy eating", which is great, but I just want normal and simple food! Yes, I want it to be healthy, but I don't want to eat things that I cant pronounce(give or take a few delicious items such as Quinoa!) or spend and arm and a leg at the grocery store. I don't stick to a "special diet" (no offense to those who have to!), and I don't restrict eating bad things in moderation, we all want that candy bar every once in a while. This portion of the blog will talk about everything from shopping and cooking simple to finding new ways to eat your favorite foods and make them healthy and delicious at the same time.

Three Rules:
1} Have fun and eat healthy, but don't be afraid to splurge every once in a blue moon. (Try finding sweet treats that are actually good for you, yes, they do exist! )
2} Don't restrict yourself or you wont be happy and stop consuming things labeled "diet" and "fat free" right now!
3} Stop being afraid of real butter and milk! Unless you have a reason to not eat it, and that's fine if you do, but its actually one of the best things out there for you!
