Ingredients: 8oz carrots 2 tbs Butter 2 tbs natural raw honey 2 tsp dill 1 tbs garlic, minced Optional, salt and pepper if preferred 2 tbs brown sugar, packed (This gives an even sweeter taste but is optional) | Directions: 1) Melt 2 tbs butter on low in a frying pan. 2) Once melted, add carrots, honey, and spices. Add the brown sugar here as well if you are using it in this recipe. 3) Cook on medium for roughly 20 minutes until carrots are tender, stir often. Makes 2-3 servings, adjust as needed for serving sizes and amounts. |
