Lose it! is a free app that is usable both on the computer, and almost any other device. You simply enter your information and your goals for weight loss and your daily calorie intake is calculated. Foods can be entered in, or bar codes for the food can be scanned from a smart phone and will enter information automatically for the food items that you eat. Each time you eat something you enter it into Lose It! and it will track your calories. You may also add exercises that you do throughout out the day or week and it will calculate how many calories were burned from that exercise and subtract them from the current days calories. The app will show you a graph of how much you have lost or gained since using it. Each day you can enter in your current weight so that it can track the daily change. Don't forget to weigh yourself at the same time of day each day for the best results.
