I don't have an image for this one, but I did find this spectacular photo of a Minion with Bananas, and that's pretty awesome to. This is a recipe for a quick and healthy lunch or snack, a twist on a peanut butter and banana sandwich using a tortilla rather than bread. Less calories, same delicious snack.
1 Banana
2 Tbs Peanut Butter
1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
You can add in any fruits you'd like to this, as well as using almond butter rather than peanut butter if you choose.
Spread the peanut butter on the tortilla, and then place either the whole banana, or slices onto it. You can even try adding some chia seeds if you want it to be a bit more filling.
