Isn't the internet awesome?! Long story short, I have a large fish tank, and this super awesome rock cleaner that runs on batteries. It makes it so that you don't have to scoop up the rocks and cause a ruckus in the tank disturbing the fish. I went to clean the rocks, and it wasn't working. My first thought was oh great, now I have to go spend $60 to purchase a new one, but I didn't want to do that. I took the top off to see if I could figure out what the problem was, a battery was corroded inside. Not the best thing to see. Anyone that has dealt with battery corrosion knows how difficult it can be to get off. I went straight to Google to see what I could do and came across a YouTube video that showed how to clean out battery corrosion and neutralize it. Believe it or not, it worked and I couldn't be more happy!
So you've got a device or toy that a battery has corroded in? Follow these simple instructions to clear the corrosion. Instructions
